Chance question.

Hypothetical situation:
Jake picks up three dice and rolls them, they come up all twos.
"Hey, that's fun, they were all twos!" Jake said, "The chances of that happening are one in 216."
"No, that chance of that happening is more common than you think." Sam replied.

What actually is the chance of that happening and why?
p.s. Nicole can't play, she already knows the answer.

    What the guy probably doesn't realize is that he means rolling all the same number, not just rolling all specifically two's.

    The chance of rolling all the same number are 1 in 36.
