Moctor to the rescue!

Nicole drew this awesome Moctor for me. And now he can help out Moral Turpitude. (She doesn't look too sure of the Moctor's competency.)

What is a Moctor you ask?

Pizza is used as hangover remedy in Algeria by their highly trained legion of monkey-doctors, or "Moctors" they liked to be called.
They work for surprisingly few bananas, and seem to not mind checking their patients for fleas.
The Algerian government views the Moctors willingness to fill in for regular doctors, who are in short supply, as a win-win situation for their citizens. I would have to agree.
