If I would have to name the best potato product or food, I would probably say that potato salad is the best. I can see where you are coming from if you think that the baked potato, or maybe even cheese fries are the best, but when it comes right down to it, potato salad is where it is at. I think among the worst potato products are non-wavey potato chips, and cold french fries.By the way, I had some really good potato salad for lunch today. It had bacon in it.

Well of course the potato salad was good, it had bacon in it. Bacon makes everything better.

@badgerdaddy- yes new potatoes are good, not great, but good.
