Welcome to the 2004 NORAD Tracks Santa Website

Welcome to the 2004 NORAD Tracks Santa Website (site)

here is the site... if Brendon and Trevor are around on christmas eve it would be fun to go here and look where santa is. (assuming Bobbie and Jeff let their kids belive in such things.... which i hope they do. Stuff like that is part of the magic of being a child, let them know 'facts' later when the magic of living has worn off.)

Growing up and figuring out that everything sucks is the most bitter disappointment. Society turns you to a 'directed reality' after having once had dreams and imagination. No wonder the world of humanity is such a bleak misery.

isn't it better to have dreams at one time, instead of never having them?

'Better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all'

...no, it is not. It breeds an obsession with the past. Besides, negative thoughts like bitterness, are immortal compared to fleeting joy.

I must have a diffrent mindset then. Cause I like the world being fun. Thats all your dreams are... they are fake, but they are still fun to think about.

I liked my past, i like my present, and i look forward to the future. If you don't...

It has become apparent that we at opposite ends of the Earth in both physical and conceptual realities.

I argue that the very notion of 'dreams being fake' is false and not the issue I was getting at. What good is a thought without action? the problem is that society wants you to be an easily manipulated peon that runs the rickets of the rat-race, and punishes you for not following the arrows.

The injustice is in the repression by peer-pressure that 'dreams are too good for you'. Sure, I have a crappy part-time job and I am still working on a Bachelors degree at 25, but education and cushy employment are not on my to-do list. I am following my dreams, one-by-one. That is now my violin.

The injustice is being an 'unconformist' because of that. I may wear preppy clothes, but I carry many ideals of a goth. Society sucks.

You are just pessimistic while i am optimistic.

We hold the same views, but where the idea of society being stupid bums you out, while it doesn't bother me that much.

I too, do not want to get a good job and work hours on end for my education, but i know if i do i can spend more time in the end on funner things.

Eh, in any case i am very happy with my life.
