After cooling off for a minute we headed over to Daras to get some drinks, unfortunately Slushieville has been a let down lately because they have been having bad flavors, like chocolate and banana. So we grabbed a couple sodas instead and headed out to CiCo Park for the citys 4th of July party. There was a lot of stuff going on, including a band that sounded pretty good. We all got some food from various stands, I got Nachos, Jenette got a funnel cakes, and Nicole and Chris got cotton candy. After munching on the foodage we found a semi secluded place to watch the fireworks. Then Aaron and Amber soon joined us, and then we waited for it to get dark.
