Stana and I got stopped by some cops standing in the middle of the street on Kansas, and they gave us each a dollar for wearing our seatbelts! We in turn...
Bought breakfast! Thanks Garden City Police Dept! (I don't know why people talk so much crap...I enjoy their little endeavours.
You gotta give it to the GCPD, it's not like this is gonna get people to wear seatbelts, but it at least is a good mark on their image (sometimes the police need them). Fun fun.
