What is funny about that is the fact that the letter I got from the Army Corp of Engineers was because they had found a 4 foot crack in the dam last year. Supposedly they've tested the structural integrity of the dam and its sound, but... I'm still wondering HOW you can test for such a thing.
Regardless though, I've been through earthquakes in Hays that were higher on the richter (which, we know from bw3s trivia, is not the actual scale to be using) that wouldn't have caused damage to the dam anyway (or at least I'd hope so...)...
