Schools don't have to help music industry group

good news:

A federal magistrate has ruled that two North Carolina universities do not have to reveal the identities of two students accused of sharing copyrighted music on the Internet.


I really don't like that the RIAA forces ISP's to give up user identities, and at least for now it looks like schools don't have to give reveal the student's identities.
