The Planet Sub tradition began over 20 years ago when Yello Sub introduced the unique flavor of our oven-baked sandwich to Lawrence, Kansas. As we have grown to perfect our product over the years, we have also grown to incorporate the independent and easy spirit of Lawrence into our company.

I'm confused about what you're grumblecaking. I've eaten at Yello Sub and it wasn't bad...
Yello Sub wasn't bad, i just wished it would be something better. It’s like hearing that Manhattan is gonna get a new food store, hoping its a whole foods market, but it ends up being another Dillions. Not bad, just not... useful.
Its new to Manhattan though, and honestly had I not been to Lawrence to visit my friend Mike.. I'd never have been to Yello Sub. Although... I'm going to have to say Jimmy Johns... and Planet Sub... I guess I need to remember one is "toasted" persay, the other isn't.. so they're not exactly the same...
Grumblecakes is from Homestarrunner.com, the coolest flash cartoon. Anyways, i don't really remember where grumblecakes came from specifically, but it is something to say when something is bad/disappointing.
