5. Get a VAP
6. Be rich
7. Stop smoking

9. Eat your antioxidants
10. Marry well
People who own pets, especially dogs, have been shown to be less stressed and require fewer visits to their physicians than non-owners.
I am not too far off from having a lifestyle that promotes long life... Well maybe i need to work on that 'Be rich' thing. Oh, and i have to not sleep so much... bah. ^_^

Love your blog. I have no idea what a VAP is, but if it doesn't shed as much as my dog, I want one :)
okay, wait a second. isn't the "have more sex" thing dependent on who you have sex with and how? like, barebacking junkies in the alley, which I do all the time, probably isn't going to extend my life.*
also, by "marry well" do they mean "marry money"? well then, no duh! rich people have better health care, and also higher thread count sheets, which i am convinced are the fountain of youth. i LOVE high thread count sheets.
(*kidding...)
The article says that more sex is prob. just a by product of having a relaxed life style.
And i think marry well does have something to do with health care, et al.
Don't remember for sure since it has been a bit since i read that article.
